Community Counseling

FCSS provides St. Paul and Area individuals and/or families with subsidized counseling, education and information services to:

1. Strengthen the emotional and mental wellness of individuals, families and the community

2. Help prevent emotional and mental difficulties.

This program ensures prompt response to client requests for service. Clients are asked to take an active role in accessing, participating in, and benefiting from the opportunities provided by the program.

Counseling services may help you with personal problems, difficult relationships, loneliness, bereavement or loss. Counseling can also improve personal growth and help develop coping skills.

We provide subsidized counseling, up to 6 hours, for low income families and individuals.
